With ad­dic­tions for the ad­du­ce ac­tivi­ty adress-​, bil­ling dates as well te­le­fonn­um­bers, in so­me ca­ses e-​mail ad­dres­ses and dates for bank con­nec­tions will be sa­ved. Ref­fe­ring to this cor­re­spon­dence (bills, de­li­very or­der, or­der, etc.) will be de­po­sit in the ar­chi­ve. The ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­on for contracts and or­ders are fun­ded by the or­der-​ and contract da­ta­ba­se.
to b: The in­di­vi­dua­ly dates of the ac­tive and alum­nus staff will be stored and hold at the per­so­nal­ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­on­sys­tem. The adress-​, and the fa­mi­ly sta­tus, ac­tu­al sala­ry-​ and so­ci­al dates of the staff will be the­r­e­by un­der­lied.

6. Ad­dres­see of the da­ta or ad­dres­se:
The da­ta spe­ci­fied be­fo­re can or ra­ther will be by pre­sent of the le­gal con­di­ti­ons to pu­blic pla­ces in li­ne with a prio­ri­ty re­gu­la­ti­on, contrac­tors in the li­ne with a part­ner re­la­ti­ons­hip de­pen­ding on § 11 BDSG to be re­lay.

7. Ru­le pe­ri­ods of the de­le­ti­on of the da­ta:

A trans­mis­si­on of your per­so­nal da­ta at third world sta­tes is not in­ten­des.
