Screw vanes for conveying, mixing, and metering

We keep ST 37-2, ST 52-3, stainless steels such as 1.4301, 1.4571, and 1.4435, and wear-resistant steels such as Hardox 400 in stock. The choice is yours. You of course can also choose among various surface qualities, such as warm or cold-rolled  and ground or electro-polished.

The tolerances for diameter and pitch of the screw vanes correspond to DIN 15261.

Narrower dimensions are no problem – just let us know when you place your order. We will follow through.

All screw vanes are set on a plug gage during production and checked for dimensional accuracy. The results are documented in our quality control, so that our customers always receive top-quality, precise-fitting screw vanes that can be processed without any additional expenditure.

The normal lead time is 1-2 weeks after receipt of the order.

In emergencies we can also produce screw vanes within a few hours and express deliver them to you.
