Plants, not single parts
From sheet metal to the turnkey production line, everything is made in-house. You work on complete machines, not on a single step in series production.
Modern technology
The plants are fully planned in 3D, the control systems are created in the Siemens TIA Portal. You learn metalwork at a company that plans digitally.

Our own plant in Bad Zwischenahn, in-house production, in-house assembly. Everything you learn, you try out on a real component.

Bachelor’s degree in Hannover, Wilhelmshaven or Osnabrück. EIMA pays the fees, and you are paid throughout your studies.

Three steps, no forms.
The assistant only asks for the essentials and takes your documents directly. We will clarify everything else in person.
- First: choose a position. Apprenticeship, dual study programme, internship or skilled worker. If you come from a job ad, it is already selected.
- Then: enter your contact details. Name, email, optionally phone number and start date.
- Send: attach your documents. CV, certificates and cover letter – optional, you can also send them later.
