Potato flakes line
Grows with your order volume – up to a dual line.
What it is about
Few base products are as versatile as potato flakes – further processed, as an additive and increasingly outside the food industry as well.
The economically interesting point lies at the start of the chain: even the trimmings from the rest of your potato production can still be processed profitably here instead of being hauled away as waste.
This plant grows with you. Because the washer and steam peeler are generously sized from the outset, it can later be expanded into a dual line with up to four drum dryers. A small additional investment at the start that pays for itself with the first expansion stage.
Why this line
Three points that count in operation.
Expandable architecture
Up to a dual line with four drum dryers, without replacing the head of the line.
Best cost-benefit ratio
The most economical route from raw product to storable semi-finished product.
Also for trimmings
Offcuts from peeling, cutting and sorting go back into value creation.
End products
What comes off the line.

Other lines
Another architecture may be a better fit.
French fries line
The same architecture from 1 t/h to 60 t/h of raw product – you start small and grow into the industrial class.

Potato chips line
The thinner the chip, the more oil filtration determines the yield.
View line 150 – 500 kg/h
Snack pellet line
The smallest line architecture in our range – with the same process technology as the large ones.
