Centrifugal pumps for the food industry
Conveying product hydraulically saves transfer points and is gentle on the product – provided the free passage is large enough. That is exactly what the EIMA centrifugal pump range is designed for.

Centrifugal pumps: our designs
Every design is engineered for your raw product, its degree of soiling and your target capacity.
EIMA centrifugal pump KP 125 to KP 250
Four sizes for solids up to 210 mm, with channel impeller, plug-in shaft and inspection cover.

What matters when sizing the machine.
This is the information we need to recommend the right design and size for you.
-
01
Particle size
The largest piece determines the pump size: 105, 130, 170 or 210 mm passage.
-
02
Flow rate
Up to 1,100 m³, depending on the size.
-
03
Delivery head
Up to 20 m, depending on size and pipe routing.
-
04
Medium
Viscosity up to 100 cP, inlet pressure up to 4 bar.

Frequently asked questions
Centrifugal pumps: frequently asked questions
The largest piece determines the size. The four types have a passage of 105, 130, 170 and 210 mm (KP 125, KP 150, KP 200, KP 250).
Tell us the product, particle size, flow rate and delivery head. We propose the right size and say so if a smaller one is enough.
Maximum flow rate is 380, 390, 800 and 1,100 m³ depending on size, and maximum drive power 7.5, 11, 30 and 45 kW. Maximum delivery head is 14 m for the KP 150 and 20 m for the other three sizes.
The values for all types are in the technical data. The actual delivery head also depends on the pipe routing.
Vegetables, potatoes, peas and mussels, up to a particle size of 210 mm. Thanks to the large passage and the specially developed vane, the product runs through smoothly; the pumps use a channel impeller.
Viscosity up to 100 cP and inlet pressure up to 4 bar are permissible. The impeller can be removed without dismantling the motor, and inspection covers allow the interior to be checked without taking the pump out of the line.
