Peeling line with roller peeler
Mechanical peeling with a closed water circuit.
What it is about
The roller peeler with integrated water recycling filters the peel out of the waste water and returns the water to the washer. Two cost items – fresh water and disposal – fall at the same time.
The peeling itself is done by carborundum coatings in different grit sizes. The grit is matched to your raw product so that removal stops where the peel ends.
As a mechanical peeling line, this combination is our most successful – for potatoes and carrots, and equally for beetroot.
