Capacity 300 – 5,000 kg/h
Potato chips line
Thin chips, evenly fried, with less oil.
What it is about
The snack market keeps opening up new niches. New flavours and shapes call for machines that can be changed over – and with thin chip types in particular, the filtration performance of the fryer feeds straight through to yield.
At EIMA, the oil is filtered thoroughly so that yield stays high. The result is even chips with less oil – and considerably longer intervals between two oil changes.
The plant is installed turnkey. It is only handed over when your product tastes right, not when the machine is running.
