Capacity 500 – 15,000 kg/h
Peeling line with batch peeler
The widest capacity range in our programme.
What it is about
The peeling step determines your yield. That is why this line can be fitted with either a carborundum-coated peeling disc or a knife disc – you choose according to raw product and target peeling loss, not according to what the manufacturer happens to be building.
The improved chassis design makes changing the pot noticeably easier. What looks like a minor detail in the calculation determines changeover times in three-shift operation.
As an option, the longitudinal roller sorter and the optimised halving unit can be added – both developed in-house in Bad Zwischenahn and both available as retrofits.
Why this line
Three points that count in operation.
Water recycling system
Peel is filtered out of the waste water, and the water flows back into the washer.
Low peeling losses
Coating and contact pressure are set to your variety and size grade.
Universally expandable
Longitudinal roller sorter and halving unit can also be integrated later.

Potato chips line
The thinner the chip, the more oil filtration determines the yield.

Potato flakes line
Trimmings from the rest of your production become a saleable product here.
