Line expertise
Six architectures. One planning logic.
More and more companies no longer plan individual machines with us, but complete production lines. The reason is rarely the price – it is the question of who ultimately answers for how everything works together.
Why a line instead of individual machines
The risk lies in the interfaces.
Buying machines individually gets you good technology – and at the same time makes you responsible for ensuring that transfer heights, cycle times, control protocols and cleaning cycles all fit together. That is exactly where the delays arise that make a project expensive.
In an EIMA line, all of our know-how flows into a single model via animated 3D CAD planning. Equipment from our partners for ventilation, freezing and conveying is integrated as early as the planning phase. From day one you get the planning certainty a profitable line needs.
The range
All six lines compared
Sorted by what comes out at the end.
French fries line
The same architecture from 1 t/h to 60 t/h of raw product – you start small and grow into the industrial class.
View line 300 – 5,000 kg/h
Potato chips line
The thinner the chip, the more oil filtration determines the yield.
View line 350 – 3,600 kg/h
Potato flakes line
Trimmings from the rest of your production become a saleable product here.
View line 150 – 500 kg/h
Snack pellet line
The smallest line architecture in our range – with the same process technology as the large ones.
View line 500 – 15,000 kg/h
Peeling line with batch peeler
Peeling discs with either carborundum coating or knives – you decide based on yield.
View line 500 – 4,500 kg/h
Peeling line with roller peeler
Our best-selling mechanical peeling line – for potatoes, carrots and beetroot.

Start small. Grow big.
Every architecture is designed to grow with your order volume. The head of the line – washer, destoner, peeler – is generously sized so that later expansion stages only add equipment rather than replace it.
Entry
A line in the smallest sensible configuration. Investment and floor space stay manageable, while the process technology is already the final one.
Expansion
Additional units, larger dryers, a second lane. Because the head of the line was planned for this from the start, there is no need to rebuild existing equipment.
Industrial scale
Up to 60 t/h of raw product for French fries or 15 t/h of peeled produce in 24/7 operation – without ever having to replan.

Before you enquire
Four questions that come with every line project.
That depends on the scope, not on our workload. After the initial consultation, we design the process engineering and the 3D model; production only starts once you have given your approval.
We state binding dates in the quotation, because they depend on the expansion stage, special components and the work on your side. What we do not do: give a figure that nobody could keep anyway before the design is done.
We install the line on site and only hand it over once your product comes out in the required quality.
Included are mechanical equipment, switchgear, PLC programming and visualisation. What remains the customer’s responsibility is set out in the quotation: foundations, utility connections up to the transfer point and your own packaging equipment, unless included in the order.
Both are reduced by design. In the peeling lines, the water recycling system filters the peel out of the waste water and returns the water to the washer – fresh water and disposal costs fall at the same time.
In the frying lines, the oil filter system noticeably reduces fresh oil consumption and extends oil life. The targeted frying temperature also improves the acrylamide level.
That depends on the raw product and the target product – which is why we offer five processes instead of one compromise.
The MONSUN 2.0 steam peeler achieves low peeling losses at high capacity; its double-walled vessel separates condensate and product. With the roller and batch peelers, the carborundum grit is decisive, and we match it to your variety. For delicate produce, the brush peel remover follows steam peeling.

Not sure which line suits your product?
Tell us your product and target capacity. We will propose the right architecture – including an expansion path and an honest assessment of when the next expansion step pays off.
